Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for most U.S. orders. Some items ship from overseas warehouses and may take up to 2–3 weeks.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer due to customs, high demand, or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at vaultmedia.central@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
