Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

 

How to start a return: Please email us at vaultmedia.central@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return BEFORE sending anything back. Once we approve your request, we'll email you step-by-step instructions and the correct return address for your specific item. Because our products ship from different warehouses, items sent back without first contacting us cannot be refunded.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no return required.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank may need extra time to post the refund.

 

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
